Kayla started with Heartwood Log and Lumber in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative answering phones and assisting management. In her time with the company, she has quickly adapted to other roles in sales, accounts receivables, and training. In 2019, her role transitioned into a training position where she became the primary source for staff training and management assistance.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys playing with her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors. She resides in Nixa with her Fiance, Jeff.
Gary has been with Heartwood Log and Lumber since 2018, where his role as a part time yard employee and handyman quickly propelled into a full time role. Gary’s ability to multi-task, provide excellent customer service, along with his attention-to-detail personality made him a great fit for the General Manager position. His years of coaching and sales experience has helped him excel in his role as GM tremendously. In his free time, Gary enjoys attending car shows, spending time with friends and family, and watching his sons play basketball and other sports. Gary resides in Rogersville with his two sons, Andrew and Luke.
Andrew started with Heartwood in early 2019 as a part-time yard assistant. He has quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment and has become an integral part of the business. His ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with others, has made him a great addition to the team. Andrew assists with pulling yard orders, warehouse organization, and multiple additional side jobs.
In his spare time, he enjoys attending college at OTC, playing sports, and working on cars with his dad. Andrew resides in Rogersville with his parents, Gary and Elizabeth Scott, and his younger brother Luke.
Ryan began working for Heartwood’s sister company, 888 Log Guys, in 2017 doing log home restoration, etc. He transferred to Heartwood in 2018 as a yard employee. Ryan has quickly learned what each role in the yard requires and has adapted quickly to the fast-paced environment.
